Method
- Lay out the slices of mozzarella on your serving platter.
- Slice the medium tomatoes into 4 slices, or cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Put one slice of tomato on each piece of mozzarella.
- Spoon about 1/2 - 1 tbsp pesto onto each appetizer. See above for homemade spinach pesto. That's it, enjoy!
