Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Lemon is one of my absolute favorite flavors, but I often find that lemon desserts are too mild and not lemony enough. These lemon crinkle cookies are so soft, tender, delicious, and best of all, they're packed with fresh lemon flavor.
They're so simple to make, and doesn't even take any chilling time. Basically, you make the cookie dough, shape the cookies, roll them in powdered sugar, bake, and then dust with extra powdered sugar! Yum.
