Method
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Cut or rip your bread into crouton-sized pieces (I find that using kitchen scissors makes this really easy) and add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan. Shake the tray or use your hands to make sure the croutons are evenly coated.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until the croutons are lightly browned and crispy. Add to your favorite salad and enjoy!
