Caesar salad is one of those things that is just so so much better when you make it at home. You get to make your own creamy dressing, and cut up the salad ingredients to your own preference! Best of all, crunchy croutons can be seasoned to perfection and you can add tons and tons of parmesan. This is one of the simplest recipes, you basically just make the dressing, cut up the salad ingredients, and add the croutons and parmesan! Then, mix gently until the salad is all combined. Trust me, this salad is the best version of the classic.

Croutons
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Use scissors or your hands to cut up or tear up the bread, placing it on a parchment lined baking sheet and baking in the oven for about 8 minutes until crispy.
Toss the croutons in the olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Salad
In a small pot, boil water and add the eggs. Boil for 10 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking.
In a salad bowl, add the lettuce. Cut the cucumbers into rounds, and chop up the scallions. Add.
