Garlic Dill Potatoes
As a lover of potatoes and a love of garlic, this recipe is absolutely delicious. These garlic dill potatoes are delicious with the garlic and fresh dill, all while being seasoned heavily. Best of all, they're incredibly easy to make.

1 1/2 lbs small potatoes water for boiling 1 1/2 tsp salt plus more 1 tsp black pepper 10 garlic cloves finely minced or crushed 3/4 cup dill finely chopped 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil
In a large pot, add the potatoes and enough water to cover. Add a generous pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, cook for roughly 20 minutes.
Once the potatoes are fully softened, drain the water and add the rest of the ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic, dill, butter, and olive oil. Enjoy!
