Method
- In a large pot, add the potatoes and enough water to cover. Add a generous pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, cook for roughly 20 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are fully softened, drain the water and add the rest of the ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic, dill, butter, and olive oil. Enjoy!
