Method
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Combine together all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Spread the granola out on a parchment lined baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crunchy. Let cool a few minutes then add the chocolate chunks and let cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
- The total yield for this granola is about 4 cups, but the recommended serving size is about 1/2 cup (which corresponds with the caloric values).
