There is no easier and better breakfast than this chocolate granola, a vegan and gluten-free combo of rolled oats, chocolate, almonds, and more! It's super crunchy and tasty, but best of all it's not too sweet to weigh you down in the morning. It's also pretty customizable if you want to make some simple changes. Literally, it takes about 5 minutes to combine the ingredients and 20-25 minutes to bake.
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Combine together all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Spread the granola out on a parchment lined baking sheet evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until crunchy. Let cool a few minutes then add the chocolate chunks and let cool completely. Enjoy!
