Method
- Chop up the cucumbers into slices. Half the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the scallions (white and green) and roughly chop the dill. Add to a bowl along with the crumbled feta.
- Dress with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently, and enjoy!
