This classic vanilla granola is a healthy sweet breakfast option, packed with delicious oats, rice crispies, peanut butter, and maple syrup. It doesn't take more than 30 minutes to make, and it's way less artificial than any granola you could buy in the store.
Preheat your oven to 350ยบ F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, rice crispies, and slivered almonds.In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour that mix into the original bowl and combine well.
Spread out the granola mix onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then mix it up and bake for another 10 minutes. Let cool, then mix in the optional raisins.
