Easy Avocado Deviled Eggs

These super easy and absolutely delicious avocado deviled eggs take basically no effort and are fit for any party! They combine the best aspects of deviled eggs, but without too much mayonnaise. The avocado is a delicious addition and makes them super creamy.

They’re super easy to make and a great option for appetizers. You can make them in advance and just serve them whenever you’re ready! Basically, you boil the eggs for ten minutes then let them cool. You slice them in half and gently scoop out the egg yolks. Then, add them together with avocado, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little bit of olive oil. Scoop them back into the egg whites or pipe the mixture out and dust with paprika!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • water for boiling
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, boil the eggs for 10 minutes then add them to ice water to let them cool. Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out the egg yolks. Actually, if you press on the eggs a little the yolks might just fall out.
  2. Combine the egg yolks with the avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mash them up well so that there are no lumps. Transfer the mix to a piping bag with a star tip or use a spoon to transfer the mix back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and a little bit more salt. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • water for boiling

  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs in a small pot for 10 minutes before adding them to an ice bath to cool them down.
  • Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop the egg yolks out. Reserve the whites. Add the cooked yolks to a bowl with the avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mash well so no lumps are left.
  • Place the mix in a piping back with an open star tip or use a spoon to transfer it equally into each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
