Classic Vanilla Granola

Classic Vanilla Granola

This classic vanilla granola is a healthy sweet breakfast option, packed with delicious oats, rice crispies, peanut butter, and maple syrup. It doesn’t take more than 30 minutes to make, and it’s way less artificial than any granola you could buy in the store.

Essentially, you mix up the oats, crispies, and slivered almonds in one bowl, then mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in another. Then, you mix them together, spread out the mixture on a baking sheet, and bake!

There’s also a lot of customizations you could make. Sometimes, I like to add almond butter instead of peanut butter, add a variety of nuts, and add berries! If you choose to add raisins or cranberries, which are super tasty, I would do that after the granola is finished baking. Otherwise, they will burn in the oven.
