3 Ingredient Teriyaki Cucumbers

This has to be the easiest preparation of cucumbers, just three delicious ingredients: cucumbers, teriyaki sauce, and chile flakes. That’s it! Healthy, vegan, vegetarian, and so tasty.

I like to serve this with my honey soy salmon and fried rice. To keep it vegan, sub the salmon for some tofu and enjoy a super delicious meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1 tsp chile flakes

Instructions

  1. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers to a bowl along with the teriyaki marinade and chile flakes, then mix well. To let the flavors fully develop, let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Or, enjoy right away!
